Kermit and the FIFA World Cup

Kermit is a big soccer fan and this year at the FIFA World Cup in South Africa, he supported together with Markus the German team. The matches were exciting and Germany won a lot of games, unfortunatelly there was no happy end…

The German team was very successful in the first couple of matches.

For the match against Argentina, we went to a restaurant where we watched the match together with friends.

It was soooo exciting!It was soooo exciting!
When the game was over, the crowd was very happy.When the game was over, the crowd was very happy.

The next game was the semi-final against Spain. The German team had a bad day and no luck (ya okay, maybe Spain was also a little better on that day).

Game over. Spain was in the final, Germany lost. Kermit was crying...Game over. Spain was in the final, Germany lost. Kermit was crying…

Kermit was not really happy, but in the end the German team got third place and we were all happy. And we are already looking forward to the next World Cup.

    Hhhhmmm…. I don’t know what to say about your support of Germany Kermit since they knocked England out… oh well… We would not have lasted long anyway.
